1. Who we are
These terms cover your use of Urban Fashionz ("we", "us"), an online store based in Lira, Uganda, trading as The Fashion Trenders. Contact us at hello@urbanfashionz.com.
2. Placing an order
All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. If an item is out of stock we will offer an alternative or a refund. Your order is confirmed when we email the order confirmation.
3. Payment
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, card payments through PesaPal, PayPal and cash on delivery where offered. We do not store card details. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed by the provider.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Uganda from our Lira store. Delivery fees and times are shown at checkout before you pay. See shipping and delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns follow our returns policy. You can cancel an order from your account until it is packed. Refunds go to the original payment method.
6. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time; we anonymise your personal data and keep only the order records the law requires.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent Ugandan law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and disputes are settled in Ugandan courts.
