How delivery works
- Place your order and choose a delivery method at checkout.
- Confirmation: you get an email with your order reference.
- Dispatch: we pack your order and hand it to our rider or courier.
- Delivery: the rider calls before arriving. Track it any time with your order reference.
Pickup point
Lira Pickup Point, Main Street, Lira. Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Fee: UGX 5,000.
Good to know
- Delivery times count business days (Monday to Saturday). Sunday orders are processed on Monday.
- Please check your phone number: the rider calls before delivery.
- If you miss a delivery we try once more at no extra charge.
- Large furniture may need extra lead time; we will call to confirm.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout from your location.
