Return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. We offer an exchange for another size or colour first, or a refund to your original payment method.
What can be returned
Eligible
- Unworn clothing with original tags attached
- Shoes in their original box, unworn
- Accessories in original packaging, unused
- Items with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong or a damaged item
Not eligible
- Items worn, washed or altered, or without original tags
- Underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
- Customised or personalised items
- Items returned after 14 days
How to start a return
- Request it from My orders, or WhatsApp us on 0770 312500 with your order reference.
- Approval: we review requests within 24 hours.
- Send the item with its tags. Our rider collects it, or drop it at the Lira pickup point.
- Inspection within 1 to 2 business days of receiving it.
- Resolution: exchange or refund within 3 to 5 business days.

Return delivery costs
- Defective or wrong item: free, we cover the return.
- Size or colour exchange: free for the first exchange on an order.
- Change of mind: UGX 10,000 in Lira, UGX 15,000 upcountry.
